Due my currently gimpy knee (IT Band) I’m cutting back on running miles this week. I had it scheduled as a recovery week anyway so the timing is quite good…and maybe I’ll recover!
Just before sitting to write this post I ran through my side abs work and washed it down with 50 Mason Twists!
